3 years of maintenance included

Every installation we do includes a maintenance service for the first 3 years at no extra cost. This covers:

• Annual system check (panels, inverter, wiring, structure)
• Panel cleaning if needed
• Performance and production verification
• Inverter firmware updates
• Repair of any issue covered by warranty

If you notice something odd in your production, if your inverter shows an error, or if you simply have a question, you message us and we reply. That simple.

Remote monitoring

Your inverter is connected to the internet and we can see your production in real time from our office. If we spot an anomaly (a panel producing less than usual, an inverter error), we let you know before you’ve even noticed.

We also help you optimise your consumption during the first weeks after installation: we set up timers and explain your solar production patterns so you maximise your savings.

After the first 3 years

Once the 3 years of included maintenance end, you can take out an annual maintenance plan if you wish. But the truth is, solar installations need very little maintenance — panels have no moving parts and are designed to last more than 25 years outdoors.

Rain takes care of cleaning the panels in most cases. Only if you live in a very dusty area or near building works might occasional manual cleaning be needed.
